This caught my eye on the way to work too, did you also look at the other side of the phone booth for an explanation?
I did but it was just a regular advertisement. Strange.
there another one on 8th at like 19th street, i'm not so sure it's a takeover
I too have seen another one which makes me think it might not be a takeover also. The lack of any copy always makes me intrigued though.
