Elbow Toe Goes Over White NPA Billboard at 24th and 10th SWC

Looks as if Elbow Toe decided to adorn one of the recently whitewashed illegal NPA billboards. His work is absolutely amazing and if the world was right this location would be reserved for him to create an ongoing exhibition of some of his incredible wheat pastes and drawings.

ahhh yes. i believe Contest Promotions, the sister company of NPA is reducing the size of their signage to 200 square feet in an effort to comply with the city regulations. they are also only running billboards at locations where the raffle idea allows them to claim first party signage. ask those guys at the car wash if you can enter the raffle.
