already gone. i saw workers take down the series of black framed ad rectangles and put up a single new very large ad rectangle.
ahhh yes. i believe Contest Promotions, the sister company of NPA is reducing the size of their signage to 200 square feet in an effort to comply with the city regulations. they are also only running billboards at locations where the raffle idea allows them to claim first party signage. ask those guys at the car wash if you can enter the raffle.
